The new space of the museum – Virsmas hall

The changing room is the latest 1000 sq. m. m Space of the Museum of Energy and Technology. This is an interactive exhibition about the relationship between man and energy that was opened to visitors in December of last year. In its center, in a Faraday cage, two of the largest Tesla coils in the Baltic countries are installed, and on the side of the hall, the historical foundations of the chimney of the first public power plant of the city of Vilnius, the location of which has not been precisely known until now, have been opened.

The transformation hall was created to inspire interest in science and technology, to present exact sciences in an understandable and engaging way. Each exhibit consists of a historical narrative and an interactive challenge.

This is the fun part for the kids. Completing and completing a challenge will generate energy that will be converted into Energy Quantums. The children can exchange the generated Energy Quantums for souvenirs and a certificate of the Engineer of the Transformation Hall. Matthew exchanged his quantums for a reflector with the logo of the Museum of Energy and Technology.
