Siam Water Park

Siam Water Park is the largest water park in the Canaries and even in Europe. The park can be found in open air. The park is reminiscent of Thailand – all decorations, plants, names of attractions are carefully considered. The park was opened by Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn of Thailand herself. For several years, this water park has been recognized as the best park in the world on Tripadvisor!

Pluses: the park is neat and well-maintained, parents and children over 7 years old who like adrenaline will find a lot of activities in it. More than 20 attractions, a separate area for smaller children. Children are given free safety vests. The park has great restaurants to eat – not only fast food, but also buffet-type restaurants, where you can get both stewed, vegetarian and other “normal” food.

Cons: entrance fee – the price is quite high, especially if you want to visit with the whole family. The park is especially busy during the season, and you have to stand in line for the more interesting attractions.

Advices: get to the park when it opens – if you want to take your time to visit all the attractions, and if you still need to change places for childcare, you will definitely stay all day. Choose the sunniest and warmest day possible. I would advise children to have wetsuits, and if you don’t have them, spare a few euros for their rental. Also, when you spend your time actively, you won’t walk around with a lot of things – take as little as possible, and be sure to lock the ones you have in a secure locker. Bring your own water, fruit and snacks.

Prices: from 42 eur for adults, from 30 eur for children from 3 to 11 years old, free for children up to 2 years old inclusive.
