Mandoria – the largest indoor amusement park in Poland

Mandoria is the largest indoor amusement park in Poland, which one of the founders of “Traveling with Children ®” Agnė visited with her family this week. It is also the largest year-round amusement park not only in Poland, but also in Europe. It is located near Łódź, an hour away from Warsaw.

Mandoria, the largest indoor amusement park in Poland – we have been planning to visit this amusement park since its opening in 2021, but we kept failing. And finally we are here! Therefore, we want to share your fresh impressions and recommendations!

Journey to Mandoria

Mandoria is the largest indoor amusement park in Poland. It occupies a huge area, so we recommend devoting a whole day to it. On the first day we went to Łódź, stayed there and spent the evening in the city. The city is very beautiful and interesting. The next day we got up early in the morning and went to the Mandoria theme park. We devoted a whole day to him. We arrived at 10am and stayed until the park closed at 6pm. Since it is the largest indoor amusement park in Europe – time passed unnoticed. There is a large outlet mall next to the park which we visited after the park closed. It was clearly more entertainment for the mother than for the rest of the family. Later we returned to Łódź, packed up and spent the night.

Tickets and useful information

IMPORTANT – we recommend buying tickets online. They are 5 euros cheaper per person than buying locally. In addition, you will not have to stand in line. Although we visited in the middle of the week, there were definitely a lot of people. Extremely many groups of children with buses. We recommend picking up a map of the park at the ticket office.

Upon entering, there are paid lockers immediately behind the cash registers, where you can store jackets or other items. There is no cloakroom, please keep that in mind.

Entrance to the park is free for children under 85 cm. Above 85 cm, one price applies – 120 zlotys, when buying online – 99 zlotys. After buying a ticket, all entertainment inside is free. We found only paid boat trips. Of course, you also need to pay for personal expenses – meals and souvenirs.

Food

In Mandoria, the largest amusement park in Europe, there are many cafes – cafes selling desserts, coffee, ice cream. The prices are really friendly, of course a little higher than usual, but not too high. You can have lunch in a cafe that serves really tasty food. We paid 25 euros for a really delicious lunch for three with drinks. You can also choose oven-baked pizza and salad.

You can also bring your own food and drinks to the park. No one restricts or checks you.

From what age is this park suitable for children?

The largest indoor amusement park, Mandoria, really has a lot of fun. From entertainment that will be enjoyed by children to those that will be fun for parents too. Most attractions have height restrictions. In attractions, height restrictions are divided into two parts. When a child can use the attraction alone or with an accompanying person. In most attractions, children over 100 cm can have fun with an accompanying person.

Since we tested all the entertainment, we can recommend this park to families with 3-8 year old children. It was ideal for five-year-old Matthew. The attractions were interesting, fun and not scary. Most likely, after a couple of years, the attractions will no longer be interesting. If we had arrived a year ago or just after the park opened, it would have been perfect too. So feel free to go if you have children of this age.

Amusement park

The entire amusement park is decorated in Renaissance style. The interior is very beautiful. Inside, the theme of the park is really well executed. Just walking in it is fun. At Mandoria Amusement Park, attractions and activities are divided by age. For the smallest, there are several playgrounds, climbing frames, slides, and boats. We really enjoyed the two-story spectacular carousel, which is suitable for visitors of all ages. We tested it with our 3-week-old sister. There are also three roller coasters here. One of them is the longest indoor one in Poland. Another very fun one is in complete darkness.

In the largest amusement park, you will find various boats adapted for children of different ages. We really liked the impressive height and length of the slide.

Matthew especially liked the machines, as well as the medieval tailor’s obstacle course. Very fun and swinging and spinning ship. It is difficult to list all the attractions.

It’s great that there are approaches for parents almost everywhere. That is, if the child is sailing in a small boat – parents have a track made nearby and the opportunity to walk next to the sailing boat.
