AB park in Latvia is the amusement park “Avarijas Brigade” (named after a famous cartoon in Latvia) is a family-friendly adventure space. The park, in our opinion, is special because all members of the family will find entertainment here. Parents will not only have fun with their children, but will also find entertainment and activities for themselves.

AB park in Latvia is located 60 km east of Riga on an area of 28 ha. The territory is really big, but well maintained and tidy. And the most important thing is that the park is constantly expanding. And this means that when you arrive, let’s say next year, you will find new attractions or entertainment.

We really like parks where you buy a ticket and all the fun is already included. The same is true for the AB park – after buying a day ticket, you can go to all attractions. You can also purchase a season pass– you pay once and go to the park as many times as you want. If we lived in Latvia or somewhere closer, we would definitely buy such a ticket.

There is a special children’s playground for the smallest children. It is based on the motives of the cartoon “Avarijas Brigades”. It is also offered to take a train ride, take a spin in the classic carousel.

In the warm season, water activities are especially popular in the park. And there is not one of them here – but many for children and adults of all ages. Here you can take a catamaran ride with the whole family. Even the smallest can play in the water playground. By the way, Matthew had one of the funnest entertainments here. One of the most popular attractions in the park is the ERGO water world. The pond is equipped with various obstacles, slides, hot tubs – just wow. And what size is it? And time is not limited here, you can have fun even for the whole day. In the ERGO water world, there is entertainment for the smallest children (0-6 years), as well as for older children and adults. Great fun for the whole family! So be sure to throw in your bathing suits and towels.

Practical tips for visiting the park

You can rent strollers for things and children at the entrance. Keep in mind that the territory of the park is large, so it is really practical, the children will not get tired, and it will be comfortable. The price is 5 euros.
There are many cafes in the park, we saw 4. By the way, the prices are really friendly. You can buy drinks, snacks, food. The food is fast-food type, so if it is suitable for you and your children, then you will not go hungry.
There are a lot of benches and picnic tables in the park. You can bring food and drinks into the park, there are no restrictions. So you can safely take your lunch and have a picnic.
Be sure to throw in your bathing suits and towels. There are many water activities here.

Is it worth going to the amusement park „AB Park“ in Latvia?

A ticket for the whole day to the amusement park costs 25 euros. Tickets are required for children from 2 years old. You will ask if it is worth going and paying that much if there are similar parks in Lithuania that cost less.

So, our answer is YES! Because it’s always fun and interesting to try something new. In addition, this park has a lot of entertainment, which makes the ticket worthwhile for all family members. Especially, I mean water trampolines. If the whole family likes water entertainment – it really pays off for you. However, here you can enjoy unlimited water activities. Because usually an hour on water trampolines costs about 10 euros, so if you spend an hour or two there, you will take advantage of other entertainments, which are endless here, attractions, play mini golf, ride water bikes – it will definitely pay off for you financially. And we guarantee it will be fun!
