EUROPOS parkas (Europe park)

EUROPOS parkas (Europe park) is the open-air museum of world art in the center of Europe and it covers 55 hectares. Here you will find large and small, often surprising sculptures, while you will be in the fresh air and surrounded by the sounds of nature. You can touch the exhibits, run as much as you want, have a picnic. Park is a special space of art and nature, aesthetics and peace for everyone. The museum is open daily and is located near Vilnius.

EUROPOS parkas (Europe park) exhibits often seem unexpected. It is not surprising that the ideas they convey are not revealed at first glance. But they stimulate the imagination, and to discover even more, we offer some tips.

When approaching a work of art, think, discuss with each other: what does it look like to you, what do you see? What would you call it? You can come up with your own title even before looking at the descriptive table next to the piece.

Look at the work of art from different angles. From very far and very close, from different angles – try to bend or crouch, look from below, walk around.

An interesting task for the whole family: can you “play” the sculpture? Try to replicate the shapes of the piece in your pose.
