The Heide Park in Germany

Heide Park in Germany is a true amusement park. A trip to the Heide Park is also perfect for families with small children and teenagers. There is no shortage of activities for both children and adults. For children, it is not only full of all kinds of carousels, task rooms, themed attractions based on the themes of popular movies, but also various shows and performances take place. As many as 7 roller coaster tracks in Heide Park attract visitors hungry for extreme thrills like a magnet, despite the fact that there are other amusement parks nearby. Colossos, Scream, Big Loop – which one would you dare to try?

With what age children to go to Heide Park?

The Heide Park in Germany is suitable for all age groups. Nevertheless, a trip to Heide Park will appeal more to adults. Most of the attractions can be tried by children from 12 years of age and those who are at least 140 cm tall – children’s height is measured and sometimes even a difference of 2 cm can be fatal. Younger or smaller children can also have a great time, try the quieter rides and carousels, watch animators’ performances – pirate show, filmmaker’s show, animators dressed as movie characters (Peppa pig, How to train your dragon, Ghost busters).

How much are the tickets to the Heide Park?

It is best to buy tickets online – you save time and it’s cheaper than at the cash register. Prices start from 37 EUR and depending on the days, can sometimes be higher. There are no local discounts, the absolute minimum discount (a couple of euros) applies only to children celebrating their birthday, the disabled, and people in wheelchairs. Parking is paid, 7 EUR per day.

How to avoid long queues in Heide Park?

If you’re traveling to Heide during peak travel times, we recommend that you definitely buy a BOOSTER as well, so you don’t have to queue for the extreme attractions, as the queues here can take up to 1 hour! Then you won’t be able to go around the whole park and it will be really disappointing.

The principle of operation is quite simple: you buy in the app (PayPal, Google Pay or just a card) and use the app – press “activate attraction” on your phone, the attraction will be activated and generate a QR code within 5-15 minutes. Then you go to a separate line, where there are usually only a few people, and you get a seat in the attraction in 5 minutes (while others wait, for example, 45 minutes). Codes can be used for an UNLIMITED amount of times for all attractions except Colossos – here you can use the QR code only 1 time (but you can buy a pass for 9 eur with that app for a second time, so that another person can try it together).

Tip: you can buy 1 GOLD BOOSTER for two people and ride in exchange, because the booster is not tied to a specific person.
