The Dansema Dancing Theater

Dansema Dance Theater is the first dance theater in Lithuania, established in 2007 – the theater started creating modern dance performances for children. The performances of this theater are special in that their creators respectfully take into account the age characteristics of the children’s audience and create performances in such a way as to encourage the creativity and imagination of children and provide them with the first experiences of movement and dance. The performances of “Dansema” are sensory-friendly, so they are suitable for children with various disabilities, disorders and increased sensitivity to the environment.

Performances in Vilnius are usually shown at the Art Printing House, Šiltadaržio street 6.

Performances travel through Lithuania. Since its establishment in 2007, the theater has successfully shown performances abroad (in Belgium, Croatia, the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Palestine, Ukraine, the USA, the United Kingdom, Ireland, China, etc.), organizes seminars for dancers, choreographers and dance teachers, conducts educational dance projects with children.
