The representative palace of Palanga Counts Tiškevičiai was built in 1897 in the Birutė forest of Palanga. It is considered sacred by local residents, near the Baltic Sea. The Lithuanian Aviation Museum (LAM) is an institution subordinate to the Ministry of Culture, which takes care of collecting, storing, researching, conserving, restoring and popularizing the history of aviation and fire rescue service equipment.
