Greta speaks from experience, because when she needed to make decisions, she listened to her heart, which led her to study Food Technology and Engineering. In the third year, the big experiments began – after finding a place in the laboratory with prof. Pranas Viškeli’s girl was stirring the pots, dotting the walls and after two years of sweet teasing, a Lithuanian caramel with a perfect recipe – Cannamella – was born. But the young girl did not rest on her laurels and decided to strive for more – to bring sweetness not only to the palate, but also to life. “I decided to bring more sweetness to people’s lives in a broad sense.
I wanted them to feel inspired to live a freer, more interesting, happier, brighter life,” says Greta. That is why the already well-known Canamella went to a higher level and became the basis for the creation of the “Lai sąla” brand.
