The Hewelianum Center

Hewelianum Center, the Science Center is a must visit with every child visiting Gdańsk. Here, children can enjoy the creative playground, Mr. Kleks’s laboratory and Movement Gallery, and nightly ghost encounters.

A trip around the world? At Hevelianum, that’s possible too! Seven continents. A total of 90 interactive stands await curious children and adults. You can learn about Africa, South America, North America, Antarctica, Asia, Australia and Europe.

What is heat? Will the light beam move the plane? How can pollution on our planet be seen from space? These are only some of the questions that can be answered at the exhibition.

The term “children” refers to people between the ages of 3 and 9. The center can offer them a Creative Playground where they can experiment and develop their creativity, workshops with educators, and much more.

In the park, you can walk your dog, run, do yoga, have a picnic or just sit on the grass with a view of the Gdańsk skyline.
