At Sioux City Park in Gran Canaria, visitors can experience how western movies are filmed every day and even become a part of it themselves. • We recommend going with older children that are from 5-6 years of age, because there will not be many activities for the younger ones, unless you are traveling for pleasure and your little one will not have to pay for the entrance.
• Carefully evaluate your child’s sensitivity to sounds, gunshots (shots are fired with powder strips, but the sound is quite loud), noisy environment, because the performances are emotional, full of action.
• Come as early as possible after the opening of the park – this way you won’t miss the shows, which are taking place several times.
• Take both water and snacks for the children – they will definitely come in handy during breaks, although ours only remembered about food when they were really hungry.
• Be sure to have some sun cream and a hat, because you will be spending a lot of time outside.
• Park your car for free in the park lot.
• Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The park is closed on Mondays.
