Dubai with Children

You will most likely agree that the UAE and Dubai are some of the most popular destinations for travelers at the moment. Although the UAE and especially Dubai is considered a city of businessmen and the rich, it is very family-friendly.

Dubai with children. What to see and visit? Mother Milda shares her advice – for Milda, whom Dubai is like a second home. She sincerely hopes that her insights and advice will help those who are planning a vacation in this magical land of the East.

Here we share our and my mother Milda’s TOP places to visit in Dubai.

Dancing Fountains and Burj Khalifa

No matter how many times we come to Dubai, we never get bored of the spectacular fountains. You can watch them from the restaurants in Dubai Mall. The best view is from the ones above with balconies (but be aware that the balconies are closed during the summer season.) Downstairs we like to watch them have dinner at the Social house for the central view. If you are in Dubai for the first time book a tour and climb the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building. There are fabulous views.

Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Park

They are located in Dubai Mall. The 10 million liter aquarium, home to more than 140 species of animals, attracts crowds of people every day. It is a building of incredible size – 50 meters long, 20 meters wide and 11 meters high. The fact is that he does not leave anyone indifferent. The size, colors and marine life of the aquarium in Dubai are some of the most impressive in the world.

Dubai Miracle Garden

This is an impressive sculpture park of indescribable size and beauty. The sculptures are made of flowers. The feeling is like being in the fairy tale “Alice in Wonderland”. The compositions change every year, so you will return every time as if to a new place.

Jumerah Beach Residence (JBR) and Dubai Marina Promenades

Milda’s girl simply adores the JBR coast, because there is always a lot of entertainment for children. Very near the Dubai Marina is the coast of skyscrapers. In it, you can not only admire the views, but also book boat tours, rent a yacht.

It is on the JBR coast that you will have the opportunity to capture the famous Burj Al Aarab. Even if you are not a resident of this chain hotel, you can come here for a walk or have lunch in one of the restaurants. You can also visit the “Wild Wadi” water park.

The Pointe

This is a walking area on Palm Island. It is full of restaurants and entertainment. From here you have a great view of the Atlantis Hotel.

Desert Tours

Seeing the desert is not only worth it, but also a must when visiting the UAE. There are quite a few companies that organize tours.

Milda’s family said that the Platinum Heritage is the best. The Platinum Heritage organizes tours with vintage jeeps and camels. It also takes you to deserts with the most beautiful scenery. In Milda’s opinion, it has the best camp with a traditional barbeque dinner and special food for children. The groups are not large, there are no crowds. The only downside is that they are the most expensive.

These are so much cheaper are the Arabian Desert Tour. But not worth the price in our opinion. “Ocean air travelers” offer cheaper, simpler desert camp and food, but they have a really good program.

Swimming with Dolphins and Water Park in the ATLANTIS Hotel

It’s a fantastic app for kids. Its only downside is the price. We cannot bring our own cameras when visiting here, photos can only be purchased from the photographers here.

Motion Gate, Legoland, Bollywood Parks

Motion gate Dubai – this is an amusement park that revives the atmosphere of the “dream factory” – the famous Hollywood. These are three legendary film studios – Sony Pictures Studios, DreamWorks Animation and Lionsgate. Here you will have a unique opportunity to be on the other side of the screen and immerse yourself in the magical world of Hollywood films.

Bollywood Park Dubai – the world’s first theme park in an Indian cinema. Here you will find a bright atmosphere of adventure, music and dance. The owners of the park live the performance, the park has restaurants, recreated landscapes and famous menus from the movie. The Rajmahal Grand Theatre, located in the heart of the park, hosts Bollywood versions of famous Broadway musicals several times a week.

LEGOLAND Dubai – amusement park “LEGO”, suitable for families with children from 2 to 12 years old. LEGOLAND park has more than 40 attractions, 15,000 different figures collected from 60 million LEGO cubes. The park offers you six themed districts with entertainment and educational games.

Water Park LEGOLAND is in the neighborhood with “LEGOLAND”. This is the first water park in this region, created specifically for families with children from 2 to 12 years old.

Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

This mosque is located in Adu Dabi. It is an hour away from Dubai. But you must visit it when you are in the UAE. Magnificent, extremely beautiful, will certainly not leave anyone indifferent.
