The Fairytale World of Fairy Valley

The Fairytale World of Fairy Valley – for everyone who enjoys a world of fantasy, we invite you to visit the magical world of fairy tales in Vilnius, based on Edith Lei’s “Laiškas fėjai(Letter to a Fairy)”, “Fėjų muzika (Fairy Music)”, ,,Miglų slėnio Fėjų pasakos(Fairy Tales of the Valley of the Mists)”, ,,Miglų slėnio Fėjų burtai (Spells of the Valley of the Mists)”, ,,Naminukas Nemigėlis, nuotykių pradžia (Sleepless Maid, the Start of an Adventure)”, ,,Popierinė karūna(The Paper Crown)”, and many other books and stories. As the author is a puppeteer, the illustrations in the books are photographs of the puppet characters and their environment.

In this fairy-tale world, you can see “live” what the books are about. Readers will see what their favourite characters really look like, and what size they and their homes are. Visitors will see fairies frolicking in their houses and courtyards, gnomes feasting and dragons hiding in caves as they wander through the mazes of the forest.

The Fairytale World of Fairy Valley invites you to:

  • To make spring bows, tree gardens and new lanterns, or to take part in the Fairy Beauty Academy activities;
  • Visit the Fairytale World of Fairy Valley with your kindergarten group or class and search for characters and props illustrated in books;
  • celebrate birthdays or other holidays. In the Fairytale World of Fairy Valley, a birthday is very special because the Queen of the Fairies creates a fairy tale specifically for the person celebrating it;
  • purchase the newly acquired first Edith Lei books “Miglų slėnio fėjų pasakos(Fairy Tales of the Valley of the Mists)” and “Miglų slėnio fėjų burtai(Fairy Spells of the Valley of the Mists)”;
  • collect three stamps and become a member of the VIP Secret Club of the Fairytale World of Fairy Valley, which starts on April 1st;
  • Invite guests to come with a musical presentation of Edith Lei’s books.

These are karting rides for children aged 4 and up, with small go-karts adapted for them. There are excellent and professional instructors. When driving alone, the child is initially restrained by the instructor and can only drive independently when the instructor thinks it is safe for them. The go-karts themselves are indoors, so you can ride them in all seasons.

Splatter studio

TOP entertainment in Vilnius: Splatter studio is an art painting studio that opened its doors in Vilnius recently. Splatter studio offers a unique environment where everyone is free to try different painting techniques and have fun. Guests are provided with a canvas, paints, tools and other supplies so that everyone can immerse themselves in the process of creating art and take home a painting. This specialised space is the first in Vilnius to be based on the philosophy and technique of action painting.

You arrive at Splatter studio in Vilnius, get protective clothing, shoes, gloves, and choose your paint. Then the owner of the studio tells you about the available techniques and off you go. You get a white canvas and spray, drip, paint, blow up a balloon with paint! Let out your pent-up emotions, your mood, your anger. All the paint goes on the canvas, which becomes a unique painting. After the paint has been splattered, you can merge the painting and decorate it with dots. And that’s it – a few days later, the painting you’ve created on the canvas will go to your home.

Airplane observation and playground near Vilnius Airport

This is a really fun and interesting place for the youngest and older children. There is also a very fun playground next to the site. It is most fun when there are lots of planes taking off or landing. We recommend that you visit the Vilnius Airport website. It shows real-time flights of passenger planes. And we also recommend the Flightradar page. It shows not only passenger flights, but also cargo and technical flights.

Nemencine playground, skate park and bicycle track

The Nemencine playground is a great fenced playground with a soft surface, which is very important with younger children, and lots of activities, climbing nets, swings. And above all, suitable for children of all ages. By the way, this playground in Nemencine is very interesting, unconventional and different from many playgrounds in Vilnius.

Next to the playground there is a very large pump track, probably the biggest in Vilnius. The special thing about this pump track is that it is suitable for everyone. Any child or adult of any level can start on this track with any vehicle. You can come here if your child or you ride a bike, skateboard, rollerblades or scooter.
