Accommodation and entertainment with children in Palanga

Currently, Palanga has many places to stay – from the most expensive spa hotels to economy class apartments. So how do you choose which place is the most suitable for vacationing with children?

Accommodation and entertainment with children in Palanga. In this article we want to share with you a newly discovered place for the night – we will tell you about the hotel “Melt in Palanga”. Another fantastic entertainment venue for both children and adults is called the “Palanga Summer Park”.

“Melt in Palanga” – Why Do We Recommend Them?

First off, the location is just ideal for accommodation and entertainment with children in Palanga. It’s in the heart of the resort, on Basanavicius Street, just a few steps from the Palanga Bridge. Everything is within reach, and the area is very convenient and very fun for children too.

The hotel itself is very modern, stylish, and most importantly, clean and tidy. In the rooms, you have everything needed for a comfortable rest: TV, Internet, bathroom, hygiene products. If necessary, there are even cots for children.

Contactless registration is currently possible too.

Free parking is very relevant too, because parking is charged in many parts of the city. IMPORTANT – entry and exit to the Melt in Palanga parking lot on J. Basanavičius Street is allowed until 1:00 p.m.

Free bike rental can also be found at the same place – the hotel gives you a coupon for free bike rental for 2 hours.

Free visit to the “Palanga Summer Park” was the biggest advantage for us, because our child is simply “crazy” for trampolines in the best sense of the word. While staying at the hotel, you will be able to use the trampolines for free and without restrictions, and you will also be able to try the obstacle course “Ninja Warrior”. You can also play mini-golf, go down the rope course, and the little ones will be able to spend time in the children’s maze – the climbing frame.

Near the hotel – many cafes, shops, everything is within easy reach.

The Largest Trampoline park in Lithuania – Palanga Summer Park

At “Palanga Summer Park” we were very surprised because there were activities for the three-year-old and parents too! In this complex there is a huge trampoline park, with basketball hoops and trampolines that can raise a person up to 6 meters high. And the funnest thing is that you can jump in it together with your children.

For those who like more extreme adventures, there is a ropeway in the trees. Our little man used it three times.

While the children are having fun on the trampolines, on the obstacle course “Ninja Warrior” or on the three-story playground, parents can relax on the beanbags and surf the Internet or try mini golf. There are several cafes, an ice cream parlor, and a restaurant right here too.

Bicycle path Palanga- Sventoji

If you are someone who doesn’t like to just lie by the sea, we recommend you to rent bikes and go on a full day trip. Since the hotel gives even 2 hours of bike rental for free, we paid a little extra for 3 hours and rented bikes for the whole day. It is very convenient that you can find bicycles with child seats for rent.

Also, the bike path itself is right next to the hotel. Please note that riding bicycles and electric scooters is prohibited on Basanavicius Street, Birute Park and Palanga Bridge.

The bicycle path Palanga – Sventoji is 14 kilometers long and it’s really great with kids.

The road itself is neat, there are links. The road leads through a pine forest, and in some places you can see the sea. There are a number of rest places, several cafes.
