Barborlaukis Manor

Barborlaukis Manor is a great destination for children in all seasons in Lithuanian Switzerland. It is a very beautiful town with a very special name, located in the Jonava district. The Barborlaukis Manor is located there. As you drive towards the manor, you will be enchanted by the ancient linden alley, which overlooks the manor and the beautiful nature and pond behind it.

Here you can hold a splendid private celebration or visit the renovated manor house, which is also home to a lovely alpaca farm, poultry, adorable rabbits and a manor shop. There are fun and engaging educational activities for the whole family throughout the year!

Barborlaukis Manor with children – Manor Farm

Next to the manor house, there is a very cosy alpaca farm, which currently breeds about 40 alpacas. Educational tours are announced in advance, and visitors are greeted by a farm worker who explains the life and behaviour of the alpacas, allows them to be petted and fed with food prepared by their owners. After the education, you can:

• see the decorative birds reared on the farm,
• See the cute rabbits,
• take a stroll around the estate territory,
• take a swing in the outdoor swing.

Barborlaukis Manor has a cosy shop where you can buy manor produce:

• Honey (with and without additives) in different flavours,
• pollen;
• sweets,
• delicacies,
• alpaca wool yarn,
• alpaca wool knitwear
• alpaca wool bedding (we even have sizes to fit a baby’s cot)
• various souvenirs, such as cute toy alpacas.

Barborlaukis Manor with children – education and activities

The fun and crazy team is always looking for ways to make visitors happy. For a couple of winters now, the estate has been successfully organising Christmas Courtyards, which include a Christmas market, visits to the alpacas and rabbits.

Every year, the Christmas Courtyard offers souvenirs and treats, hot drinks, a gift fair, a fun slide, a Christmas post workshop and Santa himself waiting for the children in his residence!

Barborlaukis Manor for holiday rentals

The renovated Barborlaukis Manor is located right next to the Swiss Pond, making it the ideal place for your most memorable celebrations and photo shoots. Choose Barborlaukis Manor for cosy personal celebrations, business events, conferences and seminars.

It is a luxuriously cosy venue for an elegant and memorable celebration:

• The formal Manor Hall, which can accommodate up to 80 guests;
• The manor’s beautifully landscaped surroundings, linden avenue, rose garden with arch;
• Outdoor ceremonies available (rental of a 10×10 m arch tent);
• Comfortable bedrooms for up to 71 guests per night;
• Spa area – jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath;
• A black FORD MUSTANG is available for hire for glamour shots.

Picnic area rental

During the warm season, a picnic area with barbecue grills, outdoor tables and a large gazebo is available for rent. A large, well-kept space for children’s birthdays, baptisms or just spending time in nature.

Barborlaukis Manor is an exceptional place to organise a cosy photo session for your celebrations in the manor’s beautiful surroundings and in the authentic luxury of its interior. Personal and family photo shoots are available. The beautiful surroundings will enliven your photo sessions in the beautifully landscaped outdoor area.

By the way, it is also possible to include the alpacas reared on the estate’s farm in your photo sessions.
