Hotel “Gabija” in Palanga

Hotel “Gabija” is the perfect choice for a holiday, a relaxing stay or a weekend in Palanga with children.

This 4+ star hotel is located in Palanga, right next to Birute Park and Amber Museum.

“Gabija” hotel offers rooms in various categories. There are standard double rooms, luxury apartments and even connecting rooms for families. The rooms are decorated in natural tones to create a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Some rooms have balconies or terraces.

In our room we found robes for adults and smaller ones for children. Our room also had a wardrobe, which was very convenient for a holiday with children. The room was spacious, we had a work desk and a fridge with a minibar. The bathroom in our room was very comfortable for a family holiday – spacious with a bath and shower.

It was also very nice to find a welcome fruit plate and juice for the children.

In most of the rooms you can find a kettle (for tea and coffee).

Services and spaces

The SPA zone is one of the advantages of the “Gabija” hotel, especially if you are coming for a rest with children. The hotel has a SPA center with a swimming pool, a sauna complex (Turkish steam bath and classical sauna), a jacuzzi and a modern gym. The SPA also offers relaxing massages, classic massages and exclusive rituals. And the surprising point, that the SPA also offers massages for children.

Also in the hotel you will find a children’s area with educational toys, books, games and a drawing corner. This area is on the ground floor.

Parking is available at the hotel, but in high season it costs extra.

On the ground floor of the “Gabija” hotel you can find one of the famous restaurants in Palanga – “Meat Steak House”. One of the founders of the restaurant and its chef is the well-known in Lithuania, Liutauras Ceprackas. The pride of this restaurant is all meat dishes – juicy beef steaks with a crispy crust or barbecue chicken. Also there are very tasty snacks and special desserts.

This restaurant serves an included breakfast. For breakfast there are classic dishes (eggs, omelets, sausages) and more interesting dishes (meatballs, chicken fried steak) and for weekend breakfasts, there are several types of pancakes, which makes kids happy. And best of all, breakfast is served until 11:30 – so it means that this hotel is for a real relaxing stay.
